our stay in Lake George was amazing, celebrating our anniversary at a cozy cabin. Everything exceeded our expectations - comfortable beds, friendly owner, and convenient amenities like Wi-Fi and a mini fridge. We even had a screen porch to enjoy the outdoors without bugs. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cabins were clean and cozy, bringing back nostalgic memories of our first cabin experience 35 years ago. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and at home. The location in a wooded area was perfect, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities, including the pool and fire pit, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Parking was convenient with clearly marked spaces right next to each cabin.

We loved the convenience of having a restaurant/bar within walking distance and town just a short distance away. The availability of DoorDash made ordering food and supplies easy. The clearly marked parking spaces right next to each cabin were a bonus, especially for us as older folks. The owner was extremely friendly and attentive, checking on us multiple times during our stay. The comfortable beds, provided linens, pillows, and towels, along with the great Wi-Fi and Roku TV made our stay even more enjoyable. The mini fridge with freezer was a huge plus, eliminating the need for coolers. The cabins had excellent A/C and ceiling fans, and the shower had good water pressure. The provided charcoal grills and fire wood added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The location was clean, quiet, and had a relaxing pool to unwind in at the end of the day. we had a pleasant and comfortable experience at English Brook Cottages.

We had a pleasant stay at a quiet and relaxing cottage. The pool was clean and not overcrowded. The location was convenient, just a few minutes from everything. The owners were helpful and always available to answer our questions. I would recommend this place for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful landscaping, personal firepit, comfy log cabin feel, screened in porch, impressive TV channel selection, clean pool, polite and accommodating staff, will definitely be back!

Nothing not to like.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the affordable price, friendly and attentive staff, clean and well-maintained pool, and the convenience of being able to drive right up to our cabin. The cabins had a nice look and the showers had great water pressure. The property also had a fire pit, a basketball net, and a playground for the kids, which were all nice amenities.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is very close to the downtown area and in a wooded area. The hotel facilities, including the pool and fire pit, were enjoyable. The staff was attentive and kept the property clean.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful cottage nestled in the woods. The staff, especially Angie the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The cabin was sparkling clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The property was pet-friendly, and our Boxer loved meeting Bean, Angie's fur baby. The location was great, with a local restaurant/bar within walking distance and other amenities just a short drive away. The cabins had everything we needed, from Wi-Fi and Roku TV to a mini fridge with a freezer. The pool, basketball net, and playground were a hit with the kids. a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this place.
